Prince Edeoghonghon Azikagbon (PEA) Foundation, in partnership with SOG Creative, successfully held the Students Enrolment Ceremony on 7th April 2026, marking the official commencement of a six-month Video Production and Photography Training Programme.

The enrolment ceremony welcomed beneficiaries into a transformative skills acquisition programme designed to equip participants with practical and industry-relevant knowledge in photography, videography, and digital content creation. This initiative forms part of PEA Foundation’s commitment to empowering unemployed youths and vulnerable individuals through vocational training and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Throughout the six-month training period, participants will receive hands-on instruction in professional photography, video production, camera operations, lighting techniques, photo editing, video editing, content creation, storytelling, and digital media production. The programme is structured to provide both technical expertise and practical experience that will prepare trainees for careers within the creative industry.

In addition to the technical aspects of the training, participants will also be introduced to entrepreneurship and business development concepts that will enable them to establish and manage successful creative enterprises. The programme seeks to empower beneficiaries with skills that can generate income, create employment opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the creative economy.

During the enrolment ceremony, trainees were encouraged to remain focused, dedicated, and committed throughout the duration of the programme. They were reminded that the creative industry presents numerous opportunities for innovation, self-expression, and financial independence for those willing to develop their skills and pursue excellence.
